Artwork Submissions

How to do artwork submissions.

Many of the artwork files we receive require adjustment before they can be used for printing, some need to be re-created altogether. Our guidelines are suggestions to help you avoid additional art charges and/or an extended turn around time.

Please provide print ready, if possible, files. We primarily work with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.

Acceptable file formats are:

• Illustrator Files (.ai)
• InDesign Files (.indd)
• PDF (.pdf)
• High Resolution JPEGs
• High Resolution PNGs

If possible, all artwork must include a 2-5mm bleed and crop marks.

You can submit your artwork by:

• Using the checkout on our online shop.
• Dropping in a USB to our office.
• Emailing us print@trustmark.uk.com
• We Transfer

Fonts must be converted prior to artwork submission to insure accuracy. Failure to convert fonts may result in us choosing a similar font as replacement, unless the font file is provided.
